Training and development: training and career development policy,talent development design.
員工培訓(xùn)與開發(fā): 培訓(xùn)與職業(yè)發(fā)展體系，人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)。
Performance management: performance evaluation policy buildup and continuous improvement.
績效管理，績效管理政策的制定與持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
Compensation and benefits: Compensation and benefits policy buildup and continuous improvement.
薪酬福利管理，薪酬及福利政策制定與持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
Employee relationship management：intercommunication policy and channel buildup,risk management.
員工關(guān)系管理，內(nèi)部溝通政策、渠道建設(shè)和用工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理。
HR team management：Develop team by coaching,trainings,provide necessary support to team members.
HR 團(tuán)隊(duì)管理：通過指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)等培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)并給團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供必要的業(yè)務(wù)支持。

Bachelor’s degree above in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
