崗位職責:1.根據(jù)招聘計劃及人員需求,開展招聘工作。執(zhí)行簡歷篩選、電話初試、跟蹤落實面試人員情況等工作;2.招聘渠道的開發(fā)拓展維護;招聘系統(tǒng)的輸入,維護以及招聘報告的制作。3.與用人部門保持積極溝通,根據(jù)反饋尋找合適候選人4.支持新進員工試用期考核、晉升提薪和轉(zhuǎn)崗等工作;5.負責組織策劃員工的各類活動,定期與員工溝通,幫助建立積極的員工關(guān)系;崗位要求:1.本科及以上學歷,人力資源、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè),3年以上人事工作經(jīng)驗;2.熟練運用Excel、Word、Powerpoint等辦公軟件;3.積極向上、良好的人際溝通和換位思考能力,有團隊合作精神,和一定的抗壓性;4.熟悉IT行業(yè)者優(yōu)先。Job Description:Responsibilities*Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.*Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.*Extensive experience in bulk hiring(volume hiring) and able to meet on boarding schedule targets. *Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result*Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques*Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentationQualifications:*Bachelor degree, with3-4 years Hiring experience ( head hunting experience will be a plus) *Fluent English*Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.*Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.*Demonstrated integrity and ability to deal confidentially with information and issues *Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.*Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.*Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects
