崗位職責(zé):Business Management Activities:1. Design/ build innovative project to cover top 100 hospital for building strong brand image an product promotion2. Launch of an epidemiological survey project in the Department of Child Care 3. Pay attention to rational allocation and use of Resources in key Hospitals to ensure maximum efficiency of Resource Utilization4. Build exclusive Cooperation of BUIH with key Hospitals program, and the investment plan. 5. Key hospital performance Management (Annual & Quarterly Review) 任職資格:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Technical know-how:1. Familiar with Infant Milk formula category and aware of variance along the value chain, understanding of consumer brand adoption journey and define how does this channel fit critically in such journey Managerial skills:1. Strong skills of communication, project design and Negotiation skills;2. Ability to offer guideline, coaching and feedback.3. Ability to conceptualize complexity and provide insightful analytical skillsInterpersonal skills:1. Problem solving, team player, co-operative, open & positive attitudeEducation and Experience:Education:1. University graduate, medical or nutrition related major.Experience: 1. Multi-experience in sales & marketing in infant/kids food or pharmaceutical business. Must be able to demonstrate a successful performance record in infant nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.2. Minimum of 5 years in ethical sales manager level in multinational INF or Pharmaceutical enterprise.3. Solid experience on the development and execution of ethical sales promotion plans that supported strategic initiatives.4. Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data. And proven track records in managing ethical operation funds, allocating resource to support business development needs.5. Managed multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
