Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities負(fù)責(zé)江門、肇慶,粵西、海南等 地方渠道銷售的執(zhí)行工作。Bridge/Deployment functions:Sufficient understanding of varies of business drivers strategy and plan Lead to deploy and monitor the execution of trade business drivers in regional level for consumer activation, merchandising management, new product launches, line extensions, price increases, etc.Conduct in depth Customer/channel analysis and identify opportunities for driving MJN brands within specific customers. Utilise the shopper behaviour research/understanding/insights to drive specific customer point of purchase plan both for activation and merchandising Drive channel/brand promotional strategy through delivering outstanding promotional execution & evaluation and ensuring full compliance to maximise ETRResponsible to understand promotion/merchandising outcome and efficiency and ensure key learnings/findings adopt to regional promotion/merchandising planning Responsible to approve local promotion that aligned with brand strategies.Channel Management functions:Drive trade effectiveness via KPI tracking system monitoringWork with channel development manager and trade sales managers to develop regional promotions to trade, channel or account C covering deals, price-offs, trade incentives, bundlings, premium-on-pack promotions, rebates, sampling etc.Lead to implement in-store merchandising strategies and guidelines; lead to develop trade POPs (ie. Shelf talkers, off-shelf displays, signages).Coordinate and monitor floor pricing (lowest price available) per channel or account and provides inputs in trading terms.Understand NC performance and productivity in the region.Responsible for regional trade spend budgeting and monitoring and ensure all spending within target and efficiency planning Work with RGMs/RSMs in business reviews, planning , channel feedback and trade inputs.Lead to deploy distribution targets per trade channel or account in the region.Support TM HQ team in implementing trade projects (ie. shopper research, category/space management, trade survey) for the region.Understand key competitors within region and able to identify key practise can be applied to regiona planning.People Management Activities:Strong people leadership building and management Establish own leadership, credibility and accountabilityHigh level of influence/networking capability required Encourage team work(esp. cross functional) Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExperience: Extensive experience with multi-brand organisation; account manager experience in modern trade also beneficial.Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and trade marketing with leading team experience. Minimum 2 years field experience is also required.Must be able to demonstrate a successful performance record in trade marketing, marketing or sales in high volume consumer goods environment.Technical know-how:Excellent English skill (read and write plus fluent oral)Advanced computer skills.Strong communication skillsStrong planning and analytical skillsManagerial skills:Ability to provide guideline, coaching and feedback.Ability to motivate subordinates towards professional working attitude.Interpersonal skills:Problem solving, team player, self-motivated, co-operative, positive attitude.EducationUniversity Graduate C business major preferred
